Since January 2000, Execuserve has provided wholesalers a variety of territory management and scheduling services with a high degree of quality and efficiency. All our scheduling coordinators are located at our corporate headquarters in Summerville, South Carolina. This enables our management team to properly supervise and maintain excellent quality control. Also, our schedulers take pride in providing a high level of communications with their wholesalers both by telephone and email.

Territory Management
Create and manage a rotation
We use mapping software to minimize travel time for our wholesalers
Complete territory cleansing by updating and verifying all addresses and cities
Work closely with internal wholesalers to facilitate leads and help build territories
Scheduling
Complete scheduling and confirmation of office appointments
Making travel arrangements (i.e.: air, car rental, hotel)
Provide weekly calendar via Outlook, Yahoo and ACT!
Schedulers on call during the weekend to assist wholesalers with any emergencies
Marketing Correspondence
Sending “Thank You” notes to advisors
Help coordinate with internal wholesalers
